• Student Head, Counselling Service, IIT Jodhpur (India)                                             May 2014-Apr 2015

I lead a team of 24​ student guides to mentor and guide all students at the institute to tackle academic and personal problems. I also organized counseling activities pertaining to stress, time management, addiction, suicide, etc. I like helping people and thus, this role helped me to understand the different problems we all face and the ways to overcome it. Just being there, listening, supporting, and making the others feel that they are not alone in it helps a great deal.

• Marketing Head, Ignus- Technical cultural student festival, IIT Jodhpur (India)         Sep 2013-Mar 2014

I lead a team of 26 members to raise funds to organize the techno-cultural festival of IIT Jodhpur. I got an opportunity to build professional communication and marketing skills when interacting with heads of companies. We built a marketing strategy and successfully garnered INR 3 million (~USD 40,000) as sponsorship.
